KUIU is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 60-day return window for items in new, sellable condition with original tags attached. We aim to provide a seamless process to ensure you get the high-performance gear you need for your next hunt.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Shipping Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount unless opting for an exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
